What is Tree Villas?

Tree Villas is an exclusive collection of just three luxury villas in the rolling hills of Mijas, moments from the renowned La Cala Golf Resort. Prices and payment in October 2026

As of 1 November 2026 the villas at Tree Villas are in our listings from €2,795,000 to €2,995,000. On a new build you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. On buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

You pay €75,000 on reservation, with the balance due on signing the deed or on completion. The project has a building licence.

Inland lies Las Lagunas, a lively residential centre with shops, schools and sports facilities, right next to Fuengirola.

Mijas is also a true golfing municipality, home to La Cala Resort, Mijas Golf and Calanova Golf, among others. Málaga airport is around twenty to thirty minutes' drive away, Fuengirola and Marbella are close by, and the A-7 and AP-7 connect you quickly to the whole coast. Would you like to see Tree Villas? We'll arrange the viewing around your trip, even at short notice. Beforehand, we'll send you the plans, the specification list and a breakdown of the buying costs, so you arrive well prepared. On site, we'll show you not only the property but also the area: the nearest schools and shops, the beach and the golf courses. That way you'll get a real feel for everyday life here straight away.

Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
