Sell your property on the Costa del Sol
A fair price, buyers from all over Europe and a worry-free sale. We guide you from the first valuation to the signing at the notary, in English, Spanish, French or Dutch.
Why choose us
More buyers, the right price, fewer worries
Buyers in four languages
Our buyers come from Belgium, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia and Spain. We speak their language, and that sells faster.
A price that adds up
We compare with real sales and current listings in your area. Too high takes months, too low costs you money. We find the sweet spot in between.
Presentation that stands out
Professional photos, a clear description in four languages and visibility on our website, the major portals and with partner agents.
Vetted buyers
We ask about budget and financing in advance, so only serious buyers view your home.
Discreet if you prefer
Rather not advertise? Then we only present your home to selected buyers from our network.
Insured and certified
Members of GIPE, holders of the European MMCEPI quality label and covered by professional liability insurance. What does that mean for you?

What determines the sale price of your property?
On the Costa del Sol, prices vary greatly from one area to another. According to idealista, the average asking price in September 2026 was around €5,967 per m² in Marbella, €5,602 in Benahavís and €5,021 in Estepona, with Estepona showing the fastest annual growth. Within a single municipality, views, position in relation to the sea and golf, orientation, state of repair and the quality of the development make the difference.
A realistic asking price is the fastest route to a good sale. Homes that are priced right from the first week attract the most interest. That's why we always start with the figures: comparable homes in your area, their asking prices, how long they have been on the market and what similar homes have recently sold for.
Let instead of sell?
Still undecided? We also manage holiday and long-term lets. Browse our rental properties or ask what your property could earn as a rental.
Frequently asked questions about selling
What does a valuation cost?
Nothing. We assess your property on site or from photos and plans, compare it with recent sales and current listings in your area, and give you a well-founded price range within 48 hours. There's no commitment.
Which documents do I need to sell?
The main ones are your title deed (escritura), a recent nota simple from the Land Registry, the energy performance certificate (required for every listing), the latest property tax (IBI) and community fee receipts, and the habitability documents. If anything is missing, we sort it out together with your lawyer.
What taxes do I pay when I sell?
As the seller, you pay the municipal capital gains tax (plusvalía municipal) and tax on your gain. If you are not resident in Spain, the buyer withholds 3% of the price as a payment on account of that capital gains tax. How much you ultimately pay depends on your circumstances: have it calculated in advance by a tax adviser, and we'll be happy to put you in touch.
Do I need to be in Spain to sell?
No. Many of our sellers live in Belgium, the Netherlands or elsewhere. We handle the viewings, and the deed can be signed at the notary by your lawyer under a power of attorney.
Do you also sell discreetly, without public advertising?
Yes. For owners who value their privacy, we offer an off-market approach: we only present your home to selected, vetted buyers from our network.
