Why view in person first?
Photos show a property, but not the noise from the street, the view from the terrace in the late afternoon or how far it is to the bakery. On a viewing trip you also see the areas themselves: the peace of Benahavís, the beach at Estepona or the buzz of Marbella. Many buyers arrive with one town in mind and find their home in another.

Our support on the ground is always free. You pay your travel costs up front, and if you buy through us, we refund them. Ask us about the conditions.
How many properties will we view?
Usually between six and twelve, spread over one to three days. Better a small, sharp selection than an exhausting marathon.
When can I come?
All year round. Spring and autumn are ideal: pleasant weather, fewer crowds and flights that are easy to book.
Do I need an NIE or a mortgage already?
No, but it helps. We give you a short list in advance of what is best to arrange beforehand, so you can reserve quickly when you find the right property.
