Each villa has five en-suite bedrooms, a private pool, its own garden and a courtyard, a covered terrace and a solarium. Inside you'll find a lift, a basement, built-in wardrobes, double glazing and hot and cold air conditioning. From the villas you look out over the sea and the golf course. You park on your own plot.
Planning
The building licence is expected in September 2026, with completion around fourteen months later, at the end of 2027. If you buy now, you can still choose from all four villas and have a say in the finishes.

The location: El Chaparral
El Chaparral lies in Mijas Costa, between La Cala de Mijas and Calahonda, around the El Chaparral golf course. Málaga airport is about 25 minutes away, and Marbella's old town and Puerto Banús are less than twenty minutes away. Fuengirola, with one of the longest promenades in Spain and plenty of restaurants, is close by.
Living in Mijas
Mijas is one of the largest municipalities on the Costa del Sol and has three distinct sides. High in the hills sits Mijas Pueblo, a white Andalusian mountain village with narrow streets and views far out to sea. Along the coast stretches Mijas Costa, with La Cala, Riviera del Sol, Calahonda and El Chaparral: long sandy beaches, a seafront promenade and plenty of restaurants. Inland lies Las Lagunas, a lively residential centre with shops, schools and sports facilities, right next to Fuengirola.
Mijas is also a true golfing municipality, home to La Cala Resort, Mijas Golf and Calanova Golf, among others. Málaga airport is around twenty to thirty minutes' drive away, Fuengirola and Marbella are close by, and the A-7 and AP-7 connect you quickly to the whole coast. That is why Mijas is so popular with families who live here all year round, with retirees and with second-home buyers.
