What is Aurea Villas?

Aurea Villas is an exclusive collection of ten luxury villas in the heart of Estepona Golf, enjoying privileged views of the Mediterranean, the golf course and the Sierra Bermeja mountains. The development is under construction, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. That makes it an excellent opportunity if you want a new villa in a prime golf location, without a long wait.

The villas

The villas have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with 226 m² built, of which 192 m² is interior space, plus generous terraces of around 125 m², on plots of 756 m². The contemporary design is all about light, views and outdoor living, with a private pool and garden. We'll gladly send you the detailed specification list and the plans for each villa on request.

Prices and payment in October 2026

As of 26 October 2026, the villas at Aurea Villas in our portfolio are priced from €1,500,000 to €1,750,000. With a new build you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. On buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

According to the sales sheet, the payment schedule is: €50,000 on reservation, 30% on signing the purchase contract and 70% on completion, which is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The location: Estepona Golf

Estepona Golf lies on the western side of Estepona, in green, rolling countryside around the golf course of the same name. According to the project description, the beach is about five minutes away, as are the San Pablo XXIII school and supermarkets. Estepona is one of Europe's leading golf destinations, with more than sixty golf courses less than an hour's drive away. You can also go sailing, play polo, tennis and padel here.

Why Estepona?

Estepona has become one of the most sought-after places on the Costa del Sol. The old town, with its whitewashed streets full of flowerpots, little squares and tapas bars, has kept its authentic Andalusian character. A long promenade runs along the coast, lined with beaches, beach bars and restaurants, and the marina is lively all year round. Around the town you'll find golf courses, international schools and green hills with sea views.

Marbella and Puerto Banús are about a twenty-minute drive away, Sotogrande and Gibraltar are also within easy reach, and you can get to Málaga airport in about an hour via the AP-7.
