What is Lantana Residencial Boutique?

Lantana Residencial Boutique is a new concept in urban living, where refined design meets modern comfort. The apartments

The apartments have one or two bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen open to the living area, hot and cold air conditioning, double glazing, electric shutters, built-in wardrobes, a storeroom and a utility room. Orientation varies from apartment to apartment. The building is gated, has a lift, is accessible for people with reduced mobility and features solar water heaters and fibre optic internet.

The communal areas include a swimming pool, a solarium, a gym, a sauna and a communal garden. An underground parking space is available for an additional €20,900.

Prices and payment in October 2026

As of 26 October 2026, the apartments at Lantana Residencial Boutique are listed with us from €225,515 to €327,850, excluding a parking space. With a new build, you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. On buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

You pay €5,000 on reservation, 30% on signing the purchase contract and the remaining 70% on completion. The project has a building licence, construction began in the first quarter of 2026 and completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.

The location: Las Lagunas

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary.
