What is Senora Gardens?

Senora Gardens is a new, exclusive apartment complex of 63 homes, spread across three contemporary blocks, golf frontline in Mijas Costa. Each block has four levels. The apartments on the ground, first and second floors offer 115 m² of interior space plus a 22 m² terrace, while the penthouses have 130 m² of interior space and their own, larger terrace.

The amenities

Mijas is one of the largest municipalities on the Costa del Sol and has three distinct sides. High in the hills sits Mijas Pueblo, a white Andalusian mountain village with narrow streets and views far out to sea. Along the coast stretches Mijas Costa, with La Cala, Riviera del Sol, Calahonda and El Chaparral: long sandy beaches, a seafront promenade and plenty of restaurants. Inland lies Las Lagunas, a lively residential centre with shops, schools and sports facilities, right next to Fuengirola.

Málaga airport is around twenty to thirty minutes' drive away, Fuengirola and Marbella are close by, and the A-7 and AP-7 connect you quickly to the whole coast. Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
