What is Living Gardens?

Residencial Living Gardens is an impressive development of 61 homes with one, two, three and four bedrooms, featuring superb terraces and spectacular views. The homes

You pay €5,000 on reservation, 10% on signing the purchase contract, 10% during construction and the remaining 80% on completion, scheduled for the third quarter of 2028.

Living Gardens is located in Torremolinos, close to golf, shops, the sea, schools and the marina. The airport and Málaga city centre are a short drive away, and the commuter train connects you with the whole coast between Málaga and Fuengirola.

Living in Torremolinos

Torremolinos sits right next to Málaga, just a few minutes from the airport. The commuter train takes you to the airport in a few minutes and to Málaga city centre in a quarter of an hour.

Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
