What is Palm Luxury Gardens?

Palm Luxury Gardens is a collection of 33 homes in Estepona, designed around lush, beautifully kept gardens. The homes

The development consists of 17 three-bedroom townhouses and 16 four-bedroom semi-detached homes. The townhouses are ideal for smaller families, couples or those living alone, while the semi-detached homes give larger families, or anyone who often has guests to stay, extra space. All the homes have generous floor plans with open, flowing living areas and a layout designed for modern living.

You get a fully fitted open-plan kitchen that flows into the living room, built-in wardrobes, an en suite bathroom off the main bedroom, a covered terrace and a private terrace. Prices and payment in October 2026

On 26 October 2026, the homes at Palm Luxury Gardens are listed with us at €785,000 to €955,000. On a new build you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. On buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

The payment schedule is simple: €20,000 on reservation, 30% on signing the purchase contract, 20% during construction and the remaining 50% on completion. You may assign the purchase contract before completion.

Planning

Construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2026, with completion in the fourth quarter of 2027. Buy now and you still have the full choice of homes, with your payments spread over the build period.

The location in Estepona

Palm Luxury Gardens is close to the sea, shops, schools and Estepona's town centre. Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
