What is Los Miradores del Sol?
Los Miradores del Sol is a gated residence with swimming pools, landscaped gardens, jacuzzis and a children’s area, ideally located on the New Golden Mile between Marbella and Estepona. The beach, all amenities and services and the village of Cancelada are within walking distance, and Puerto Banús and Estepona are both around ten minutes away by car.
The last apartment
As of 26 October 2026, the very last apartment in this phase is available. It is ready to move into and fully furnished: a south-facing ground-floor apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite, 90 m² built, a generous 55 m² terrace and a private, low-maintenance garden.
The design is modern and offers plenty of comfort: underfloor heating throughout, efficient aerothermal heating, hot and cold air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen open to the living area, built-in wardrobes and a utility room. You have two garage spaces in the underground car park and a storage room. There is a lift, and the residence also has a children’s pool and a solarium.
Price and payment in October 2026

The location: the New Golden Mile
The New Golden Mile is the stretch of coast between San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona, taking in areas such as Cancelada, Atalaya, Selwo and El Paraíso. Here you'll find wide beaches, beach clubs, golf courses such as El Campanario, Atalaya and El Paraíso, and international schools. Puerto Banús is about ten minutes away, and so is Estepona. The area is developing fast and is popular with families and international buyers looking for peace and space close to Marbella.
Why Estepona?
Estepona has become one of the most sought-after places on the Costa del Sol. The old town, with its whitewashed streets full of flowerpots, little squares and tapas bars, has kept its authentic Andalusian character. A long promenade runs along the coast, lined with beaches, beach bars and restaurants, and the marina is lively all year round. Around the town you'll find golf courses, international schools and green hills with sea views.
Marbella and Puerto Banús are about a twenty-minute drive away, Sotogrande and Gibraltar are also within easy reach, and you can get to Málaga airport in about an hour via the AP-7. Buying off-plan: how it works
With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary.
