What is Las Mesas Blue Horizon?

Las Mesas Blue Horizon is a residence of 36 beautiful single-level homes, with spacious rooms, a choice of two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms and large terraces with stunning panoramic views. Everything is on one floor, which makes day-to-day living easy and comfortable.

The homes

Every home has a fully fitted kitchen open to the living area, air conditioning for heating and cooling, double glazing, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The homes face east and south. Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary.
