What is Habitat Valle Romano?

Habitat Valle Romano is a complete resort in the heart of the Costa del Sol, set in beautiful natural surroundings where the sea, the mountains, golf and all of Estepona's amenities become your new neighbours. The complex was designed by Alberro Arquitectos, who gave it all the elegance, modernity and functionality of contemporary design. The communal facilities

The resort has excellent communal facilities: two swimming pools for adults and children, a gym and social club, a coworking space, a playground, a pétanque court and a jogging trail, all surrounded by well-kept gardens. Health, relaxation and wellbeing become your new way of life.

The available apartment

From 26 October 2026, a ready-to-move-into apartment is available with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite, 118 m² built and a 29 m² covered terrace. The homes are designed around open-plan living and face south, so natural light takes centre stage. You have hot and cold air conditioning, double glazing, built-in wardrobes, a kitchen open to the living area, a lift, an underground parking space and a storage room. The apartment is sold unfurnished.

The location: Valle Romano

Valle Romano lies on the western side of Estepona, set around a golf course with a lake and views of the sea and the mountains. You're quickly on the motorway along the Mediterranean, about ten minutes from Marbella and three quarters of an hour from Málaga airport. Close by you'll find the marina, golf, schools, health centres, leisure facilities, excellent beaches and one of the best dining scenes on the Costa del Sol.

Why Estepona?

Estepona has become one of the most sought-after places on the Costa del Sol. The old town, with its whitewashed streets full of flowerpots, little squares and tapas bars, has kept its authentic Andalusian character. A long promenade runs along the coast, lined with beaches, beach bars and restaurants, and the marina is lively all year round. Around the town you'll find golf courses, international schools and green hills with sea views.

Marbella and Puerto Banús are about a twenty-minute drive away, Sotogrande and Gibraltar are also within easy reach, and you can get to Málaga airport in about an hour via the AP-7. Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
