What is Azure Homes?

Azure Homes is an exclusive new development, a small residential enclave that combines peace and quiet with easy access to all amenities. The building has just ten one and two-bedroom apartments, designed for comfort, practicality and modern living. Its standout features are the ground-floor apartments with large terraces and the duplex penthouses with a private solarium, perfect for making the most of the superb climate.

The apartments

The apartments come with a fully fitted kitchen, hot and cold air conditioning, central heating, double glazing, built-in wardrobes and home automation. The building has a lift and an entry phone. Parking spaces and storage rooms can be bought separately.

A space you shape together

The complex will have a multipurpose room, and before completion the owners will decide together how it is used: as a co-working space, gym, sauna, wellness area or something else entirely. That way, the building adapts to the people who live there.

Prices and payment in October 2026

As of 26 October 2026, the apartments at Azure Homes are in our portfolio priced from €215,000 to €315,000. With a new build you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. On buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

You pay €6,000 on reservation, 20% on signing the purchase contract, 20% during construction and the remaining 60% on completion. The project has a building licence: construction began in the first quarter of 2026 and completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.

The location in Fuengirola

Azure Homes is in the town of Fuengirola, close to the port and marina, the beach, shops, schools and the town centre. You can easily live here without a car: the promenade, the market and the train station, with links to the airport and Málaga, are all within easy reach.

Living in Fuengirola

Fuengirola is a compact, lively coastal town between Mijas and Benalmádena, with around eight kilometres of beach and a long seafront promenade. Everything is close at hand: supermarkets, hospitals and clinics, international schools, the marina, Sohail Castle and a weekly market. You can live here all year round without a car, as the commuter train takes you to the airport and Málaga city centre in half an hour.

Fuengirola has a large international population, including a sizeable Scandinavian community, which keeps it lively all year round. Around El Higuerón and Torreblanca you'll find the hills with sea views, while Los Boliches and the town centre keep you within walking distance of the beach. That makes Fuengirola popular with anyone looking for convenience, rental potential and an urban feel.

Investing in a small apartment in Fuengirola

Fuengirola is one of the most popular towns on the Costa del Sol for living year-round, with a large international community and strong demand for rentals. Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
