What is Mosher Collection?

Mosher Collection is an exclusive collection of just 44 luxury residences in Rancho Domingo, one of the most prestigious and private residential communities in Benalmádena. Inspired by a historic architectural heritage, this boutique project offers a contemporary take on Mediterranean living, where architecture, landscape and lifestyle come together effortlessly.

The residences

The 44 homes are spread across low-rise buildings for privacy and space: apartments with elevated views and spectacular penthouses with generous terraces. Every home is designed for maximum light, privacy and panoramic views. You get underfloor heating, air conditioning, home automation, double glazing, fitted wardrobes, a storage room, a garage and solar panels.

Amenities

The residence has a social club with a gastroteca, a saltwater infinity pool with panoramic sea views, a gym with sea views, a yoga and wellness area, coworking spaces, nature walking trails and gardens planted with native species. The development is gated.

Prices and payment in October 2026

As of 26 October 2026, the homes at Mosher Collection in our portfolio are priced from €897,750 to €1,282,500. On a new build you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. On buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

You pay €15,000 on reservation, 30% plus VAT on signing the purchase contract, 10% plus VAT 180 days after construction starts, and the remaining 60% plus VAT on completion at the notary.

The location: Rancho Domingo

Rancho Domingo sits between the mountains and the sea, close to the charming Benalmádena Pueblo with its traditional Andalusian streets and restaurants, yet just moments from the coast, the beaches and the marina. Málaga airport is about fifteen minutes away and Marbella less than 25 minutes. The Benalmádena and Torrequebrada golf courses are close by, as are international schools such as The British College, Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada, The Benalmádena International College and Novaschool.

Living in Benalmádena

Benalmádena lies between Torremolinos and Fuengirola and is made up of three parts: the white village of Benalmádena Pueblo on the hillside, Arroyo de la Miel, a lively residential hub, and Benalmádena Costa along the seafront, home to the well-known Puerto Marina. Many homes are set on the slopes and so enjoy sea views.

Málaga airport is about a quarter of an hour's drive away, and the local commuter train stops at Arroyo de la Miel and Torremuelle. You'll find beaches, the Torrequebrada golf course, the cable car up to Calamorro and all everyday amenities. Benalmádena appeals to families, second-home buyers and investors alike.

New builds in Benalmádena are often set on the slopes above the coast, in areas such as Torremuelle, Torrequebrada, La Capellanía and around Reserva del Higuerón. Beforehand, we send you the floor plans, the specification list and a breakdown of the purchase costs, so you arrive well prepared. Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
