Move-in ready

The villa is ready to move into. You view it exactly as it is, and you receive the keys as soon as the deed is signed at the notary.

Prices and payment in October 2026

As of 26 October 2026, Moana's ready-to-move-in villa is available through us for €1,850,000. On a new build you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. On buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

You pay €30,000 on reservation, 30% on signing the purchase contract and the remaining 70% on completion at the notary. The villa is ready to move into.

The location in Benalmádena

Moana is located in Benalmádena, close to golf courses, shops, the sea, the town centre and schools. Málaga Airport is about a quarter of an hour's drive away, and the A-7 and AP-7 take you quickly to Málaga, Fuengirola and Marbella.

Living in Benalmádena

Benalmádena lies between Torremolinos and Fuengirola and is made up of three parts: the white village of Benalmádena Pueblo on the hillside, Arroyo de la Miel, a lively residential hub, and Benalmádena Costa along the seafront, home to the well-known Puerto Marina. Many homes are set on the slopes and so enjoy sea views.

Málaga airport is about a quarter of an hour's drive away, and the local commuter train stops at Arroyo de la Miel and Torremuelle. You'll find beaches, the Torrequebrada golf course, the cable car up to Calamorro and all everyday amenities. Benalmádena appeals to families, second-home buyers and investors alike.

New builds in Benalmádena are often set on the slopes above the coast, in areas such as Torremuelle, Torrequebrada, La Capellanía and around Reserva del Higuerón. There you combine open sea views with peace and quiet, while the beach, the marina and the amenities of Arroyo de la Miel are just a short drive away. Thanks to the proximity of the airport and Málaga, there is year-round demand for homes, both to live in and to let.

How a viewing works

Would you like to see Moana? We'll plan the viewing around your trip, even at short notice. Beforehand, we'll send you the plans, the specification list and a breakdown of the buying costs, so you arrive well prepared. On site, we'll show you not just the home but the neighbourhood too: the nearest schools and shops, the beach and the golf courses. That way, you'll get an immediate feel for everyday life here.

Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
