About Marbella Club Hills

Marbella Club Hills is not a stand-alone apartment block but a residential community within a golf and equestrian resort in the west of Benahavís. The development lies in Parque Botánico, at around 176 metres above sea level, with views along the coast to Gibraltar and, on clear days, the mountains of North Africa. There is a show home, which is rare for a project that will not be completed until late 2027. So you can see on site what the homes look like.

There are three types of home. First-floor apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms have large terraces of 72 to 85 m². Ground-floor duplexes with 3 or 4 bedrooms are the most spacious homes at 167 m², with their own garden area. The 3-bedroom penthouse stands out with 205 m² of terraces. According to one portal, the current phase has 30 homes in six blocks, which keeps the development small within a larger estate.

What you are also buying here is the resort. Residents have access to the clubhouses with a heated outdoor pool, gym, spa and indoor and outdoor lounges; according to one portal, the second clubhouse will follow in a later phase. Nearby are an 18-hole golf course and an equestrian centre. Within the development itself there is a communal pool, a jacuzzi, a solarium and gardens. The whole complex is gated and guarded.

Location

Parque Botánico lies in the western part of Benahavís, towards Estepona, in rolling countryside around the golf course. It is a resort setting: green, well kept and with little traffic, but without a village centre. Restaurants, shops and the beach are further down on the coast. Being between Estepona and San Pedro gives you a choice of two coastal towns. If you want buzz on your doorstep, bear that in mind.

El Saladillo beach is 12 minutes by car. Hospiten hospital in Estepona is 13 minutes away, Creators International School 15 minutes. You reach Benahavís village in 15 minutes, San Pedro in 18 minutes and Puerto Banús in 20 minutes. Estepona town centre is a 22-minute drive. Gibraltar airport is 59 minutes away, Málaga airport 64 minutes.

We will send you the exact location and the address of the sales office when you request Privé access or book a viewing.

Sun, light and views

Here the sun rises at 7:02 on 21 June and sets at 21:41, giving 14.7 hours of daylight. On 21 December you still have 9.7 hours, with the midday sun at 30° above the horizon. Marbella Club Hills sits at around 176 metres above sea level.

According to the project data, all homes on offer have sea views. The project description mentions views to Gibraltar and the mountains of North Africa; the exact orientation differs per block, and we check this for each home.

Homes and finishes

According to portals selling the project, the homes come with marble floors in the living areas, underfloor heating, hot and cold air conditioning, double glazing and a fully fitted open kitchen. The energy rating is B. Because there is a show home, we assess the finish on site with the buyer and compare it with the specification sheet for their home. We also check which club facilities are included in the price and which are charged separately, and how much the community fees are.

Payment schedule

As with most new builds on the Costa del Sol, you pay in instalments: a reservation deposit, a portion on signing the purchase contract and during construction, and the balance at the deed signing. Every payment before completion must be covered by a bank guarantee. We will send you the exact payment schedule for Marbella Club Hills through Privé.

Who is Marbella Club Hills right for?

This development suits golfers, riders and buyers who want a full resort with spa and clubhouse, and who prefer peace and quiet to nightlife. Families who want plenty of outdoor space will also find generous terraces and garden areas here. If you want to go to Puerto Banús or Marbella's old town every day, or live without a car, a development closer to the coast is a better choice.

Why buy through Imagine Marbella?

With us you pay exactly the same price as buying direct from the developer. Our fee is paid by the seller, not by you. What you get on top is what makes the difference.

  • Independent. We are not tied to any development. We compare the entire market and tell you honestly when a project is not right for you.
  • Stronger at the negotiating table. Whenever there is room to negotiate, on price, payment schedule, finishes or a parking space, we know the market, the sales figures and the developers. We defend your interests; the seller defends theirs.
  • Free extra services. We check licences, bank guarantees and specifications, provide legal support in your own language and plan viewings around your travel dates.
  • Beyond the handover. We follow the construction, the handover and the after-sales with you, so you are never on your own.

Off market: what you will not find online

Not every property on the Costa del Sol ends up on a website.

Owners who want to sell discreetly, a last penthouse that has not yet been released, a villa that only comes onto the market when the right buyer appears: part of the market changes hands without a single advert. Already know the market and looking for something you cannot find online? Tell us as precisely as possible what you are looking for. If it exists, we will find it for you.
