What is Zoe Luxe?

Zoe Luxe sits in the exceptional natural setting of Monte Mayor, Benahavís. It is a villa where contemporary architecture, privacy and landscape come together, in one of the most unique and best-protected enclaves on the Costa del Sol. Monte Mayor is a gated estate, guarded day and night, known for its low building density and more than 300 hectares of unspoilt nature, surrounded by mountains, green valleys and open views of the Mediterranean.

From its elevated position, the villa commands the landscape, with panoramic views of the sea, the mountains and the valley. Its orientation has been carefully studied to capture as much daylight as possible and guarantee complete privacy. The result is a home whose rooms radiate space, calm and refinement.

The villa

The villa stands on a 2,956 m² plot and offers 527 m² of living space across two floors, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The architecture is defined by clean lines, horizontal volumes and a well-balanced mix of high-end materials and large expanses of glass. This contemporary design language connects inside and out, with terraces, a private pool and a garden that bring the landscape right into the home.

With almost 3,000 m² of land, you have plenty of room for a large garden, a vegetable patch or a spot to watch the sunset in the evening. We'll send you the specification list and the plans on request.

We currently have no Zoe Luxe homes on our books; ask us for the latest price list and availability. On a new build you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. On buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

The location: Monte Mayor

Monte Mayor is a gated villa estate of more than 300 hectares in the hills of Benahavís, a large part of which remains green. There is a single entrance and exit, guarded day and night. The estate lies about 7 kilometres from the coast and 2 kilometres from the village of Benahavís. You can reach the beach in around fifteen minutes, Estepona too, and the centre of Marbella in about twenty minutes.

Golfers are well catered for here: Marbella Club Golf Resort lies right next to Monte Mayor, and the courses at Villa Padierna, La Quinta and Los Arqueros are a short drive away. Benahavís is also a true golfing municipality, with a string of renowned golf courses just a short distance from one another.

Living in Benahavís, you combine peace and quiet, nature and views with being close to the coast. Puerto Banús, San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona are a short drive away, Marbella is about twenty minutes and Málaga airport about 50 minutes. You'll find international schools in Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona.

The Costa del Sol has one of the mildest climates in Europe, with plenty of sunshine and gentle winters. In summer, life is lived outdoors, around the pool and on the terraces. Would you like to see Zoe Luxe? We'll plan the viewing around your trip, even at short notice. Beforehand, we'll send you the plans, the specification list and a breakdown of the purchase costs, so you arrive well prepared. Once you're here, we'll show you not just the property but the surrounding area too: the nearest schools and shops, the beach and the golf courses. That way you get an immediate feel for everyday life here.

Would you rather meet remotely first? Then we'll set up a video call and go through the plans together. You only decide once you know everything, and we can guide you in Dutch, English, French or Spanish.

Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline. We carry out these legal check together with an independent lawyer, and we guide you from the first viewing right through to the handover of the keys, in your own language.
