What is Tresora Villas?
Tresora Villas is a small collection of contemporary villas within an exclusive gated estate in La Quinta. The villas embody modern Mediterranean living: architectural elegance, refined comfort and the calm of nature. They are perfectly placed between the Mediterranean and the peak of La Concha, with panoramic views of the coast and the valley. The villas are finished and available to view today.
The villas
Each villa is spread over three floors. On the main floor, the open-plan living and dining areas flow seamlessly onto generous terraces and an impressive 73 m² infinity pool, ideal for entertaining guests or simply relaxing. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with daylight and highlight the clean lines and contemporary finishes.
The top floor is devoted to rest, with elegant bedroom suites, including a spacious master suite with a private terrace, dressing room and breathtaking views. The leisure level offers your own gym, a wine cellar, a cinema lounge and a garage for several cars, plus a laundry room and storage. The location: La Quinta
La Quinta lies in the hills of Benahavís, just above Nueva Andalucía and Puerto Banús. The area is built around the La Quinta golf course, with villas and apartments on hillsides overlooking the valley and the coast, and on clear days as far as Gibraltar and North Africa. Life here is quiet and green, just a few minutes from Puerto Banús and the beaches.
The Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, Aloha and Los Arqueros golf courses are close by, as are international schools in Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro. Marbella town centre is about twenty minutes away, and Málaga airport about 45 minutes.

Benahavís is also a true golfing municipality, with a string of renowned golf courses just a short distance from one another.
Living in Benahavís, you combine peace and quiet, nature and views with being close to the coast. Puerto Banús, San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona are a short drive away, Marbella is about twenty minutes and Málaga airport about 50 minutes. You'll find international schools in Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona.

Buying a ready-to-move-into home: how it works
With a move-in-ready villa, after reserving you have an independent lawyer check the title deeds, the first occupation licence (licencia de primera ocupación) and any charges on the property.
