What is Villa El Quejigal?
Villa El Quejigal is an exceptional off-plan villa in the quietest enclave of the prestigious Marbella Club Golf Resort. Its setting combines luxury and nature, within walking distance of the equestrian centre, the practice course and the elegant clubhouse. The resort is fully gated and highly secure, with round-the-clock security, CCTV and a concierge service. It has its own golf club, an excellent equestrian centre and a well-kept, low-density neighbourhood where natural beauty and tranquillity come first.
The villa
The villa occupies an elevated, peaceful spot free from traffic noise and enjoys breathtaking panoramic views over the forest, the sea and the golf course. Its design brings together Andalusian charm and contemporary elegance, so the villa blends into its natural surroundings while offering every modern comfort and plenty of natural light.
In our listing, the villa has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, with 470 m² built, of which 400 m² is interior, plus 220 m² of terraces on a 1,500 m² plot, golf frontline. There is a private pool, underfloor heating that extends into the bathrooms, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The villa can be furnished as an option.
Price and payment in October 2026

The location: Marbella Club Golf Resort
Marbella Club Golf Resort lies in the hills of Benahavís, next to Monte Mayor. According to the sales sheet, it's about a 10-minute drive to Atalaya International College, 11 minutes to Benahavís village, 12 minutes to Costalita beach, 13 minutes to the Guadalmina shopping centre, 15 minutes to San Pedro town centre and around 20 minutes to Puerto Banús and Estepona. Málaga airport is about 50 minutes away.

Why Benahavís?
Benahavís is the municipality in the hills behind Marbella and Estepona, with a small white village known for its restaurants. Its territory stretches from the coast deep into the mountains and includes some of the most exclusive residential areas in Spain, such as La Zagaleta, Monte Mayor and La Quinta. Benahavís is also a true golfing municipality, with a string of renowned golf courses just a short distance from one another.
Living in Benahavís, you combine peace and quiet, nature and views with being close to the coast. Puerto Banús, San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona are a short drive away, Marbella is about twenty minutes and Málaga airport about 50 minutes. You'll find international schools in Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona.

Buying off-plan: how it works
With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
