What is Enebros?

Enebros is the fifth project in the Real de La Quinta residential resort and marks a clear step forward in concept, quality and lifestyle. Its contemporary design captures the atmosphere of this unique setting, while the natural materials used throughout create a strong connection with the surroundings. The project brings together the very best of the resort, taken to the next level.

Construction takes place in two phases, matching the two levels of the privileged hillside, so each phase makes the most of the views. Phase II comprises 29 of the 48 homes, spread across three buildings of three storeys each.

The homes

Enebros offers an attractive mix of property types. On the ground floor you'll find beautiful garden apartments, each with its own garden and private pool. The first floor has spacious apartments with large terraces, as well as the popular penthouses with pool and solarium. At the top are the luxurious super penthouses, with a private pool and a huge solarium. Every home enjoys spectacular views that invite you to make the most of the Andalusian climate and sunshine to the full.

Features include underfloor heating, a fireplace, air conditioning, a lift and generous terraces, and the homes face south-west.

Prices and payment in October 2026

We currently have no Enebros properties in our portfolio, but ask us for the latest price list and availability. On a new build you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. On buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

The payment schedule in the sales sheet is: €20,000 on reservation, 20% on signing the purchase contract, 20% during construction and 60% on completion.

Real de La Quinta

Real de La Quinta is a large, green residential resort in the hills of Benahavís, above La Quinta and Nueva Andalucía. The resort is being developed in phases, each with small boutique buildings and villas that follow the slope, so almost every home enjoys open views of the coast, the mountains and La Concepción lake. Walking trails, green spaces and a peaceful setting make it a place you'll love living in all year round.

La Quinta lies in the hills of Benahavís, just above Nueva Andalucía and Puerto Banús. The area is built around the La Quinta golf course, with villas and apartments on hillsides overlooking the valley and the coast, and on clear days as far as Gibraltar and North Africa. Life here is quiet and green, just a few minutes from Puerto Banús and the beaches.

The Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, Aloha and Los Arqueros golf courses are close by, as are international schools in Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro. Marbella town centre is about twenty minutes away, and Málaga airport about 45 minutes.

Once you're here, we'll show you not just the property but also the area: the nearest schools and shops, the beach and the golf courses. That way you get an immediate feel for what everyday life is like here.

Enjoy it all year round

Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline. We carry out these legal check together with an independent lawyer, and we guide you from the first viewing right through to the handover of the keys, in your own language.
