Montealto is a residential neighbourhood in the municipality of Benalmádena, on the Arroyo de la Miel side, the busiest residential and shopping area of the municipality. In advertisements the neighbourhood is also written as Monte Alto, sometimes together with the neighbourhood of Veracruz.
It is an ordinary residential neighbourhood, not a resort. You find apartment buildings, penthouses, townhouses and a few large houses. According to the seller, one of the homes in our listings was built in 1992.
