What is Villa Elegance?

Villa Elegance is a contemporary detached off-plan villa in one of the most beautiful and exclusive parts of the Costa del Sol: Nueva Andalucía, Marbella. The villa sits in a very peaceful area of luxury villas, just a five-minute drive from Puerto Banús and the golf courses, with restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is about ten minutes away and Málaga airport around 45 minutes.

The villa is sold turnkey. The price covers the architect's design, site management and technical supervision, permits, taxes and administrative follow-up, and the complete build including pool, garden, pool house and fencing. So you don't have to arrange a thing yourself: you get a villa that is completely finished.

The villa

The villa sits on a generous 1,237 m² south-facing plot, with beautiful views of the mountains and of La Concha, the well-known peak above Marbella. Nueva Andalucía is the leafy villa area behind Puerto Banús, also known as the Golf Valley. It is surrounded by some of the best-known golf courses in southern Europe: Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha and La Quinta. International schools, restaurants, sports clubs and supermarkets are all close by, with the Sierra Blanca mountains and the rock of La Concha as a backdrop.

Puerto Banús, with its marina, boutiques and beach clubs, is just a few minutes away, and Marbella town centre is about fifteen minutes. Málaga airport is around a 45-minute drive. Nueva Andalucía is popular with families and year-round residents: quiet and green, with the buzz of Puerto Banús just around the corner.

Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
