What is Villa Zen?

Villa Zen is a newly built luxury villa in Las Brisas, one of the most sought-after villa neighbourhoods in Nueva Andalucía. Las Brisas: living in the heart of golf country

Las Brisas lies in the heart of Nueva Andalucía, around the golf course of the same name, one of the best known in Spain. Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
