Palo Alto Villas is far more than a collection of luxury homes: it is a fully serviced, resort-style way of life, in an elevated position above Marbella, just minutes from the town centre and the coast. Resort amenities

As an owner, you have access to an integrated range of five-star amenities: a private Owners’ Club with restaurant, rooftop bar and wellness spa, a gym with Technogym equipment, padel courts, concierge and property management services, a community farmers’ market, a chip-and-putt area, yoga pavilions and jogging trails in the Serenity Valley.

The villas

The development offers four villa types, each based on an innovative architectural concept that allows for customisation. Every villa has more than 800 m² built over three levels, with four or five en-suite bedrooms, optional double-height ceilings, a private saltwater infinity pool and a landscaped garden. You can fit out the lower level to suit your lifestyle, with a gym, cinema, games room or wine cellar. You also have a lift, underfloor heating, home automation, solar panels and an underground garage. The complex was designed by the internationally renowned architecture practice Villarroel, with a holistic approach rooted in respect for nature and human scale.

Prices and payment in October 2026

You pay €35,000 on reservation, 30% on signing the purchase contract, 20% during construction and the remaining 50% on completion. The first phase was completed in 2025. The second phase is under construction, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. A few move-in ready villas are also available.

Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline. We carry out these legal check together with an independent lawyer, and we guide you from the first viewing right through to the handover of the keys, in your own language.
