What is Miramar 34?

Miramar 34 is a true haven of peace in El Limonar, one of Málaga's most exclusive neighbourhoods. Every home has been designed for maximum comfort, privacy and quality of life. The homes

The kitchen comes fully equipped with top-quality appliances, perfect for everyday life and for special moments with family and friends. The homes have three or four en-suite bedrooms, covered and open terraces, a solarium, a private garden and a private pool. You also get hot and cold air conditioning, home automation, a safe and solar panels to generate your own electricity. The homes face south-west or north-west, with views of the mountains, the garden and the pool.

El Limonar

El Limonar is known for its elegance and character. The residences sit just a few metres from the beach, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, shops and amenities in eastern Málaga. The building licence has been granted and construction starts soon.

Prices and payment in October 2026

There are currently no Miramar 34 homes in our portfolio, so ask us for the latest price list and availability. On a new build you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. On buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

We'll send you the payment terms on request. The building licence has been granted and completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028. Assignment of the purchase contract before completion is permitted.

The location: East Málaga

The east of Málaga, with neighbourhoods such as La Malagueta, Monte Sancha, El Limonar and Pedregalejo, is the most residential part of the city. You live between the sea and green hills, close to the beaches, chiringuitos and the promenade, with the centre a short drive or stroll away. Schools and shops are nearby, and the airport is around twenty minutes away.

Living in Málaga

Málaga is the provincial capital and the beating heart of the Costa del Sol: a real city with a historic centre, museums such as the Picasso Museum and the Centre Pompidou, a revamped port with a waterfront promenade, and beaches right in the city. The international airport is a fifteen-minute drive away, and the high-speed train takes you to Madrid in under three hours.

The east of the city, with neighbourhoods such as El Limonar, La Malagueta, Pedregalejo and Cerrado de Calderón, is residential and set between the sea and the hills. The centre appeals to those who want city life, culture and restaurants within walking distance. Málaga is also a growing hub for technology and knowledge, which keeps demand for homes high all year round.

New builds in Málaga are scarce, especially in the city centre and the east of the city. New developments tend to be in the west, around the port and the newer neighbourhoods, or in small, exclusive buildings in the historic centre and along the coast at El Limonar and Pedregalejo. Buying in Málaga means choosing a real city, with culture, gastronomy, work and the whole coast within easy reach.

Would you like to see Miramar 34? We'll arrange the viewing around your trip, even at short notice. Beforehand, we'll send you the plans, the specification list and a breakdown of the purchase costs, so you arrive well prepared. On site, we'll show you not just the home but the neighbourhood too: the nearest schools and shops, the beach and the golf courses. That way, you'll get an immediate feel for everyday life here.

Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline. We carry out these legal check together with an independent lawyer, and we guide you from the first viewing right through to the handover of the keys, in your own language.
