What is Finca Avignon?

Set in serene surroundings, Finca Avignon is a true expression of Mediterranean architecture, with clean proportions, noble materials and unobstructed views to the horizon. Everything that matters is just a few minutes away. The terraced architecture rises naturally from the hillside, creating a harmonious whole of terraces, gardens and private pools. Every home is independent, private and fully open to the landscape.

The structure itself is a sculpture: elegant load-bearing ribs rise from a solid stone base and link the volumes like a work of art you can live in, giving every home uninterrupted sea views.

The homes

The lower level is home to exclusive single-level residences, each with a generous private terrace and its own pool. There are also two exceptional villas with a striking vertical presence, set over three levels, each with its own garden and pool and the finest views across the Bay of Málaga. The designer pools feature saltwater chlorination and LED lighting, and are finished in porcelain that matches the rest of the home.

The homes are separated from one another by a double-wall system with advanced acoustic insulation, and inside, insulated double plasterboard walls keep every room peaceful. You get underfloor heating, air conditioning, home automation, solar water heating, a garage with space for several cars and an EV charging point; the villas also have a lift.

Prices and payment in October 2026

We currently have no homes at Finca Avignon in our portfolio, so ask us for the latest price list and availability.500,000 (villa). On a new build you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. As of buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

The payment schedule is 75% on signing the purchase contract and 25% on completion; we'll gladly send you the details on request. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.

The location: East Málaga

The east of Málaga, with neighbourhoods such as La Malagueta, Monte Sancha, El Limonar and Pedregalejo, is the most residential part of the city. You live between the sea and green hills, close to the beaches, chiringuitos and the promenade, with the centre a short drive or stroll away. Schools and shops are nearby, and the airport is around twenty minutes away.

Living in Málaga

Málaga is the provincial capital and the beating heart of the Costa del Sol: a real city with a historic centre, museums such as the Picasso Museum and the Centre Pompidou, a revamped port with a waterfront promenade, and beaches right in the city. The international airport is a fifteen-minute drive away, and the high-speed train takes you to Madrid in under three hours.

The east of the city, with neighbourhoods such as El Limonar, La Malagueta, Pedregalejo and Cerrado de Calderón, is residential and set between the sea and the hills. The centre appeals to those who want city life, culture and restaurants within walking distance. Málaga is also a growing hub for technology and knowledge, which keeps demand for homes high all year round.

New builds in Málaga are scarce, especially in the city centre and the east of the city. New developments tend to be in the west, around the port and the newer neighbourhoods, or in small, exclusive buildings in the historic centre and along the coast at El Limonar and Pedregalejo. Buying in Málaga means choosing a real city, with culture, gastronomy, work and the whole coast within easy reach.

Would you like to see Finca Avignon? We'll arrange the viewing around your trip, even at short notice. Beforehand we'll send you the plans, the specification list and a breakdown of the purchase costs, so you arrive well prepared. On site we'll show you not just the home but also the neighbourhood: the nearest schools and shops, the beach and the golf courses. That way you'll get an immediate feel for everyday life here.

Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline. We carry out these legal check together with an independent lawyer, and we guide you from the first viewing right through to the handover of the keys, in your own language.
