The project has 117 homes by the Hipódromo Costa del Sol racecourse, just north of Fuengirola, 64 metres above sea level. Our data lists six apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, from €231,000 to €541,000. Completion is planned for June 2028.
The entry-level option is a 69 m² ground-floor apartment with 1 bedroom and an 8 m² terrace, for €231,000. With 2 bedrooms you choose between 93 m² on the first floor for €277,000 or 87 m² on the ground floor for €294,000. A 114 m² apartment with 3 bedrooms costs €347,000. The ground-floor 3-bedroom apartment has 118 m² and a 27 m² terrace, for €398,000. At the top, on the fourth floor, there is a 2-bedroom home with a 126 m² terrace, for €541,000.
The communal areas focus on healthy living and getting together: landscaped gardens, a pool, an outdoor fitness area and a fully equipped indoor gym, a yoga and mindfulness area and a social room with kitchen for parties and gatherings. According to the description, the project opts for low building density. Each home gets a garage space and a storage room, and the complex is gated and has a lift.

Hipodromo Mijas in figures
This is the project's strongest argument. With a median of €3,360 per m², Hipódromo Mijas is one of the cheapest new builds in Mijas: 33% below the new build median for the municipality (€4,984, 55 projects), and only 2 projects are cheaper per m². You even pay 10% less per m² than for a resale home in Mijas (€3,717, idealista, September 2026). The €231,000 apartment costs around €261,072 all in, with €23,100 VAT, €2,772 stamp duty, €1,400 notary and €2,800 lawyer. An extra bedroom costs €58,000 on average. Location
The Hipódromo Costa del Sol racecourse lies inland in Mijas, just north of Fuengirola, between the sea and the mountains. It is a residential area, not a resort: living here means choosing peace and a lower price over the promenade. You are away from the bustle of the coast, but Fuengirola centre is an 8-minute drive. Marbella old town is 31 minutes away, Puerto Banús 36. For onward rail travel, María Zambrano high-speed station in Málaga is 30 km away, according to the description.
You need the car here every day. Mercadona is a 7-minute drive or a 31-minute walk. El Charcón beach near Playa Marina is 11 minutes away by car. Families have St Anthony's College 11 minutes away. Vithas Xanit International hospital is 18 minutes away, Málaga airport 30.
