About Monte Sancha 28

Monte Sancha 28 is not a complex but a building with three homes. That defines everything: no pool, no gym, but privacy and a location in one of the most sought-after parts of Málaga, east of the centre between La Malagueta and El Limonar. The development is key-ready and there is a show home. According to the project information, two homes are still available; in our data they are priced at €880,000 and €1,700,000.

The two homes are very different. The cheaper one is a duplex with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 118 m² built, with a 49 m² terrace, its own rooftop solarium and sea views. In our data, no parking space is included with this home. The second is a ground-floor home with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 163 m², with a 70 m² terrace and a parking space. Sea views are not confirmed for this home in our data.

The building combines contemporary architecture with traditional elements. Both homes have energy rating A and are in a secure building. Because it has already been built, what you see is what you buy: you can judge the finishes, the light and the view in advance, which is not possible when buying a new build off-plan.

Location

The development is on the eastern side of Málaga, where La Malagueta gives way to La Caleta and El Limonar. It is a green, residential area on the hillside above the sea. The historic centre, the port with Muelle Uno and the Picasso Museum are all within walking distance. Even so, it is quieter here than in the centre, because the neighbourhood is mainly residential. The building stands at around 32 metres above sea level.

This is a place where you can leave the car at home. La Caleta beach is a 7-minute walk away, a Carrefour Express 10. Vithas Parque San Antonio hospital is also 10 minutes on foot. Málaga city centre is a 25-minute walk or a 7-minute drive. The British School of Málaga is a 13-minute drive. The airport is 22 minutes away.

We will send you the exact location and the address of the sales office when you request Privé access or book a viewing.

Sun, light and views

Here the sun rises at 6:59 on 21 June and sets at 21:39, giving 14.7 hours of daylight. On 21 December you still have 9.6 hours, with the midday sun at 30° above the horizon. Monte Sancha 28 sits at around 32 metres above sea level.

The duplex has sea views, including from the rooftop solarium. For the ground-floor home, sea views are not confirmed in our data; we will check this on site.

Homes and finishes

The finishes use Porcelanosa materials and kitchens with Bosch appliances. The bathrooms are delivered with furniture and shower screen. Hot water comes from an aerothermal system, heating and cooling are by multi-split air conditioning, and lighting and climate are controlled by home automation. Because the homes are finished, during a visit we check the finishes themselves, the first occupancy licence and whether any snags from completion have been fixed.

Payment schedule

As with most new builds on the Costa del Sol, you pay in instalments: a reservation deposit, a portion on signing the purchase contract and during construction, and the balance at the deed signing. Every payment before completion must be covered by a bank guarantee. We will send you the exact payment schedule for Monte Sancha 28 through Privé.

Monte Sancha 28 suits buyers who want to combine city life with the sea and do everything on foot: culture, restaurants, the beach. Less suitable for those looking for a resort with a pool, families who need lots of bedrooms or buyers who keep a close eye on the price per m².

Why buy through Imagine Marbella?

With us you pay exactly the same price as buying direct from the developer. Our fee is paid by the seller, not by you. What you get on top is what makes the difference.

  • Independent. We are not tied to any development. We compare the entire market and tell you honestly when a project is not right for you.
  • Stronger at the negotiating table. Whenever there is room to negotiate, on price, payment schedule, finishes or a parking space, we know the market, the sales figures and the developers. We defend your interests; the seller defends theirs.
  • Free extra services. We check licences, bank guarantees and specifications, provide legal support in your own language and plan viewings around your travel dates.
  • Beyond the handover. We follow the construction, the handover and the after-sales with you, so you are never on your own.

Off market: what you will not find online

Not every property on the Costa del Sol ends up on a website.

Owners who want to sell discreetly, a last penthouse that has not yet been released, a villa that only comes onto the market when the right buyer appears: part of the market changes hands without a single advert. Already know the market and looking for something you cannot find online? Tell us as precisely as possible what you are looking for. If it exists, we will find it for you.
