About Capri

Capri is a mid-sized apartment development on the hillside by La Resina Golf, between Estepona and San Pedro. The architecture is designed to blend into the landscape, with terraces opening onto the sea and the mountains. We have six homes listed: apartments with two or three bedrooms, ground floor units with gardens and two penthouses. Prices range from €414,000 to €774,000, and all six are listed with sea views.

The homes are compact but well laid out. A two-bedroom apartment on the first floor measures 103 m² with a 19 m² terrace. If you want more outdoor space, go for the ground floor: for €434,000 you get 92 m² inside, a 40 m² terrace and a 99 m² garden. The penthouses stand out. The largest has three bedrooms, 135 m² and a 130 m² terrace for €774,000. Every home has two bathrooms and a parking space.

The complex will have two outdoor pools in Mediterranean gardens, a fully equipped gym, a coworking space and a sauna with showers. Other agents also mention a spa with a heated indoor pool. The whole complex is gated, with a lift and solarium. For golfers, the location next to La Resina course is a clear advantage.

Sun, light and views

Here the sun rises at 7:02 on 21 June and sets at 21:41, giving 14.7 hours of daylight. On 21 December you still have 9.7 hours, with the midday sun at 30° above the horizon. Capri sits at around 57 metres above sea level.

All six available homes are listed with sea views, and the developer also mentions mountain views. Another source mentions an east-facing orientation for one unit; we check the orientation home by home.

Homes and finishes

The energy rating is A. According to other agents, the homes will have thermally broken aluminium windows with double glazing, hot water via aerothermal energy, ducted air conditioning for heating and cooling, built-in wardrobes, a security door and large-format floor tiles. The kitchens come with an oven, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge and dishwasher. As construction runs until 2028, we request the quality specifications, the building permit and the bank guarantee on your deposits. We also look at the phasing: in a multi-phase development, building work may continue after your completion.

Payment schedule

As with most new builds on the Costa del Sol, you pay in instalments: a reservation deposit, a portion on signing the purchase contract and during construction, and the balance at the deed signing. Every payment before completion must be covered by a bank guarantee. We will send you the exact payment schedule for Capri through Privé.

Who is Capri right for?

Capri suits golfers and buyers looking for a new-build apartment with sea views on a reasonable budget who are in no hurry. It is also a logical choice as a second home for couples or small families. If you want to move in soon, do everything on foot or live a few minutes from the beach, there are better options along the coast.

Why buy through Imagine Marbella?

With us you pay exactly the same price as buying direct from the developer. Our fee is paid by the seller, not by you. What you get on top is what makes the difference.

  • Independent. We are not tied to any development. We compare the entire market and tell you honestly when a project is not right for you.
  • Stronger at the negotiating table. Whenever there is room to negotiate, on price, payment schedule, finishes or a parking space, we know the market, the sales figures and the developers. We defend your interests; the seller defends theirs.
  • Free extra services. We check licences, bank guarantees and specifications, provide legal support in your own language and plan viewings around your travel dates.
  • Beyond the handover. We follow the construction, the handover and the after-sales with you, so you are never on your own.

Off market: what you will not find online

Not every property on the Costa del Sol ends up on a website.

Owners who want to sell discreetly, a last penthouse that has not yet been released, a villa that only comes onto the market when the right buyer appears: part of the market changes hands without a single advert.
