Location
Mijas is made up of two worlds. On the coast are Mijas Costa and La Cala; higher up in the mountains is historic Mijas Pueblo, a white village with patios, little gardens and small chapels. Seven Pearls belongs to that second world: it sits in the hills below the village, in a rural setting with views over the coastal plain of Fuengirola. Life moves at a slower pace here, and the evenings are quiet.
Day to day, you need the car. The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute drive away, Torreblanca beach 10 minutes and Fuengirola town centre also 10 minutes. Xanit Hospital and a bilingual private school are 13 minutes away. Málaga airport is 26 minutes away, Marbella 27 minutes.
We will send you the exact location and the address of the sales office when you request Privé access or book a viewing.

Sea views are confirmed, along with views of the mountains, the countryside and the garden. The description speaks of panoramic views; we check for each plot how open that view will remain once the neighbouring villas are built.
Homes and finishes
The specifications in our data: air conditioning, underfloor heating throughout and separately in the bathrooms, double glazing, built-in wardrobes and a fully fitted kitchen. The villa has an energy rating of B. Brands and a full specification are missing; the developer's documents were not accessible to us. At a price of almost two million, we therefore always request the technical file, the building licence, the plans and the bank guarantee before any deposit is paid.
Payment schedule
As with most new builds on the Costa del Sol, you pay in instalments: a reservation deposit, a portion on signing the purchase contract and during construction, and the balance at the deed signing. Every payment before completion must be covered by a bank guarantee. We will send you the exact payment schedule for Seven Pearls through Privé.

Seven Pearls suits buyers who value peace, views and privacy more than walking distance to the sea, and who prefer authentic Mijas Pueblo to the coastal promenade. It is a home to stay in for the long term, not one to let out quickly. If you keep a close eye on price per m² or want to live without a car, you will find better alternatives in Mijas and Benalmádena.
Why buy through Imagine Marbella?
With us you pay exactly the same price as buying direct from the developer. Our fee is paid by the seller, not by you. What you get on top is what makes the difference.
- Independent. We are not tied to any development. We compare the entire market and tell you honestly when a project is not right for you.
- Stronger at the negotiating table. Whenever there is room to negotiate, on price, payment schedule, finishes or a parking space, we know the market, the sales figures and the developers. We defend your interests; the seller defends theirs.
- Free extra services. We check licences, bank guarantees and specifications, provide legal support in your own language and plan viewings around your travel dates.
- Beyond the handover. We follow the construction, the handover and the after-sales with you, so you are never on your own.
