250 metres from the sea, in the Torrequebrada neighbourhood, a small building with just 16 apartments is going up. That number is the defining feature of Macan Beach Residences: few neighbours, a quiet lift and a community where you soon get to know the other owners. There are homes with 3 and 4 bedrooms. Our data currently lists two homes on the third floor, for €1,040,000 and €1,145,000.
The 3-bedroom home has a built area of 136 m², of which 117 m² is usable, and a 44 m² terrace. Location
Torrequebrada is the part of Benalmádena between the coast road and the hills, known for its casino and the golf course of the same name. It is a mature residential area with apartment buildings, hotels and restaurants, and plenty of buyers from northern Europe. The development sits low, at around 28 metres above sea level, so the sea feels visibly close. The bustle of Benalmádena marina and Arroyo de la Miel is a few kilometres further east, with Fuengirola in the other direction.
Day to day, what you notice most is how rarely you need the car. Playa de Arroyo Hondo is a 600-metre walk, about 8 minutes. Mercadona is 10 minutes on foot. Golf Torrequebrada is 5 minutes by car, Vithas Xanit International Hospital 6. Benalmádena marina is an 11-minute drive away, Fuengirola town centre 18 and Málaga airport 27 minutes.
