What is Aura Cabopino?

Aura Cabopino is a boutique development of five luxury villas in exclusive Cabopino Golf, on the eastern side of Marbella. The villas combine timeless architecture with the latest technology, set in green, natural surroundings. The design is inspired by Marbella’s golden years, when the coast became a meeting place for those in search of the good life. Here, that classic feel is given a contemporary interpretation.

The villas are being sold off-plan, with an estimated build time of around eighteen months. If you buy now, you can still make choices about the finishes and the layout of certain rooms.

The villas

Each villa has five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and faces south-west. That means you enjoy the sun all day long and have a front-row seat for the sunset in the evening. The villa we have available offers 745 m² built, of which 634 m² is interior space, plus 209 m² of terraces on a 1,759 m² plot.

The centrepiece is the 33 m² infinity pool with a mirror effect, looking out over the sea and the golf course. Inside you'll find a private home cinema and a fully equipped gym with professional machines; golfers can swap the gym for a golf simulator. There is also a multi-purpose relaxation space set among the trees on the plot. The location: Cabopino

Cabopino lies on the eastern side of Marbella, between Elviria and Calahonda. It is one of the greenest stretches of coastline in the municipality, with pine forests, the golf course and the protected Artola dunes. Cabopino beach and the charming Cabopino marina with its waterside restaurants are just a few minutes away.

You can reach Marbella town centre in around fifteen minutes, Fuengirola even sooner, and Málaga airport is about half an hour's drive away. International schools, supermarkets and sports clubs are close by in Elviria and Las Chapas.

Living golf frontline

A golf frontline villa offers a double advantage. You look out over green space that will never be built on, so your sea views are protected, and you can play golf just a few steps from your door. Cabopino golf course is a varied course with sea views, and the Santa Clara, Río Real and Santana courses are also only a short drive away.

Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
