What is Málaga Towers?

Some places become part of a city; others become part of its history. On Málaga's Mediterranean coast, this luxury residential development rises with timeless architecture and a distinctive design, one of the recognisable silhouettes of the city's evolving skyline. Designed by Estudio Lamela, the project is more than a collection of luxury apartments: it is a place to live, built to last.

The residences

Every residence is designed to make the most of its connection with the sea. Floor-to-ceiling windows, generous terraces, open-plan interiors filled with natural light and carefully chosen materials let the architecture take a back seat and put the Mediterranean centre stage. The final three residences have been brought together under the name The Legacy: four bedrooms, 326 to 413 m² built and terraces of 216 to 266 m², with views of the sea, the beach and the mountains.

Amenities

The development has a communal pool and an indoor pool, a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, games room, bar, communal gardens and a reception staffed 24 hours a day. Every residence comes with hot and cold air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, fitted wardrobes, a storage room and several private parking spaces in the garage.

Prices and payment in October 2026

As of 1 November 2026, the residences at Málaga Towers on our books range from €4,408,000 to €5,942,000. With a new build you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. On buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

The residences are ready to move into. The payment schedule is 10% on signing the purchase contract and 90% on signing the title deed; we're happy to send you the details on request.

The location: on the beach in Málaga

Málaga Towers sits on the Mediterranean, along the western beachfront of Málaga. You can step straight out onto the beach and the promenade, with shops, schools and public transport close by. The historic centre and the port are a short drive away, and the airport is about ten minutes away.

Living in Málaga

Málaga is the provincial capital and the beating heart of the Costa del Sol: a real city with a historic centre, museums such as the Picasso Museum and the Centre Pompidou, a revamped port with a waterfront promenade, and beaches right in the city. The international airport is a fifteen-minute drive away, and the high-speed train takes you to Madrid in under three hours.

The east of the city, with neighbourhoods such as El Limonar, La Malagueta, Pedregalejo and Cerrado de Calderón, is residential and set between the sea and the hills. The centre appeals to those who want city life, culture and restaurants within walking distance. Málaga is also a growing hub for technology and knowledge, which keeps demand for homes high all year round.

New builds in Málaga are scarce, especially in the city centre and the east of the city. New developments tend to be in the west, around the port and the newer neighbourhoods, or in small, exclusive buildings in the historic centre and along the coast at El Limonar and Pedregalejo. Buying in Málaga means choosing a real city, with culture, gastronomy, work and the whole coast within easy reach.

Beforehand, we'll send you the plans, the specification list and a breakdown of the purchase costs, so you arrive well prepared. Once you're here, we'll show you not only the property but also the neighbourhood: the nearest schools and shops, the beach and the golf courses. Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline. We carry out these legal check together with an independent lawyer, and we guide you from the first viewing right through to the handover of the keys, in your own language.
