What is Kalifornia?

Kalifornia is a new development in the west of Estepona, next to Azata Golf and just a few minutes from Valle Romano Golf Resort. The name is a nod to the relaxed outdoor lifestyle the Costa del Sol shares with California: plenty of light, plenty of greenery and life lived on the terrace.

The project is a low-rise development of ground-floor, first-floor and second-floor apartments and penthouses, spread across eight blocks. The buildings combine stone, wood and glass, with curved façades and spacious terraces. The design is by HCP Studio, an architecture practice based in Málaga.

The homes

Our listings include ground-floor apartments, middle-floor apartments and a penthouse. The homes have 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 78 to 107 m² of living space.

The homes come with hot and cold air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, a covered terrace, a fully fitted kitchen and a storage room. There is underground parking, and the communal gardens are being carefully landscaped.

Valle Romano lies in the west of Estepona, in a green, peaceful setting surrounded by golf courses. According to the official project website, you are around 5 minutes from Estepona, 15 minutes from Puerto Banús and 20 minutes from Marbella. Málaga airport is about 50 minutes away, with quick connections via the A-7 and the AP-7.

How to buy with Imagine Marbella

First, we send you the plans, the specification list and the latest price list, so you can compare at your leisure. Then we arrange a viewing around your trip, or a video call if you're not here yet. Once you've made your choice, you secure the property with a reservation contract, followed by the purchase contract.
