Aires de San Lucas is a new development in the La Princesa district, west of Málaga city centre. It comprises 59 homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms, spread over two entrances and seven floors, with striking penthouses at the top.
Large windows and glass balustrades let in plenty of daylight, while the spacious terraces connect the homes with the outdoors. Residents share a swimming pool and landscaped gardens, and there is an underground car park. Solar panels provide part of the energy.
The penthouses

The La Princesa and Huelin neighbourhood
The development is about 10 minutes from the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Machado promenade and Huelin beach. Nearby is Parque Huelin, a 32,000 m² park with more than 700 trees, a pond and play areas. A new urban forest, the Bosque Urbano, covering around 100,000 m², is also planned.
