What is AÍDA?

AÍDA is a boutique project of eight residences on Marbella's Golden Mile, conceived as a limited edition. Each home is a piece of timeless design, interiored in collaboration with one of the world's most prestigious luxury brands. The project aims to be more than just a home: an asset of lasting value, on one of the most sought-after stretches of coastline in Europe.

Garden duplexes and skyline penthouses

AÍDA is made up of four garden duplexes and four penthouses. The garden duplexes combine the feel of a villa with the ease of an apartment: your own garden, your own pool and a living area that opens straight onto the outdoors. The skyline penthouses sit high above the Golden Mile, with breathtaking views of the sea and of La Concha, the famous peak that rises above Marbella. In our listings, the homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms and 3 to 4 bathrooms, with 213 to 257 m² built, of which 181 to 219 m² is interior space, plus 59 to 142 m² of terraces. There is an underground garage with several parking spaces, a gym, storage rooms and a basement level.

Prices in October 2026

On 26 October 2026, the homes at AÍDA are listed with us at €4,500,000 to €4,950,000. On a new build you pay 10% VAT and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD) on top of the price, plus notary, land registry and legal fees. On buying costs you can work out the total for your own situation.

The homes are being sold off-plan. We're happy to send you the payment schedule, the completion date and the interior packages on request, together with the floor plans for each home.

The location: the Golden Mile

The Golden Mile is Marbella's most famous stretch of coastline, between the town centre and Puerto Banús. This is home to Puente Romano, the Marbella Club Hotel, the seafront promenade and some of the finest beaches in the municipality. The residential areas on the hillside above, such as Nagüeles and Sierra Blanca, combine peace and quiet and sea views with a location just minutes from everything.

Marbella town centre and its old town are just a few minutes away, as is Puerto Banús. Buying off-plan: how it works

With a new build, you first sign a reservation agreement, then a purchase contract with a deposit, and you pay the balance on completion at the notary. Under Spanish law, deposits on new builds must be protected by a bank guarantee or an insurance policy. Always have this checked, along with the building licence and the timeline.
