What is Eklipse?

Eklipse is a new development in Torremolinos offering 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, with communal areas facing a Mediterranean pine forest and sea views. It has been designed by Clavel Arquitectos: contemporary Mediterranean architecture that engages with the landscape and opens out towards the horizon.

Thanks to the elevated position and good orientation, the homes are full of light, with large windows and generous panoramic terraces. The living room, dining room and kitchen form one large open-plan space that flows out onto the terrace, while the bedrooms are set apart for peace and privacy.

The homes

The homes have a covered terrace, fitted wardrobes, a kitchen-diner and a storage room, plus a parking space in the garage. Views of the sea and the surrounding area are central to the design.

Facilities for residents

The communal areas are surrounded by gardens and include an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, a spa, a fully equipped gym spread over two floors, a coworking space with a separate meeting room and a social lounge with a kitchen.

The gardens have been designed as an extension of the pine forest surrounding the development, with native plants suited to the climate. The result is a sequence of gardens, paths and seating areas where nature and architecture come together.

Living in Torremolinos

Torremolinos is one of the most established places to live on the Costa del Sol, with beaches, a long seafront promenade, plenty of restaurants and shops, and large natural areas. Eklipse is located in a quiet, established neighbourhood with all amenities just a few minutes away.

What a new build here really costs

When you buy a new build in Andalusia, taxes and costs are added on top of the asking price. You pay 10% VAT (IVA) and 1.2% stamp duty (AJD), plus notary and land registry fees and your own lawyer. As a worked example, a €400,000 home comes to roughly €452,000 in total.
