Property portals such as Fotocasa place the area in the Los Arqueros – Puerto del Almendro zone, next to the Los Arqueros golf resort. Agents describe the area as an established residential enclave with peace and privacy, sea and mountain views, and Marbella, Puerto Banús and San Pedro close by.

Like El Herrojo and other areas, Resales does not always have Puerto del Almendro as a separate zone. Many properties are therefore listed under “Benahavís Centro”, even though they are not in the village. We sort them by the real area.
