Our story
From passion to profession
Imagine Marbella grew out of a hobby. For several years before founding the company, Martine and Geert bought homes on the Costa del Sol, gave them a new look and furnished them: contemporary and on trend, in a pure and timeless style.
That sense of style was already in our blood. We both come from high-end fashion, where every detail counts and quality and design have to work together. Geert has a strong technical mind, while Martine looks after quality and design. Together we can see at a glance what a home needs.
Before long the hobby took on a life of its own. In 2018 we founded Imagine Properties Spain S.L. and our passion became our profession.

We set up our company. Sales and renovations become our core activities.
Our own new development
We build our first new villa, from buying the plot to our own interior design and finishing.

At our clients’ request, we also manage holiday homes and long-term rentals.
Today
A boutique estate agency with buyers from all over Europe, still with the same passion and the same personal approach.

The faces behind Imagine Marbella
Geert Eeckeleers
Founder and Managing Director
Technically minded and down to earth. Geert knows construction, materials and the technical side of a home. He guides buyers and sellers, oversees renovations and helped build our own villa project.
Martine Aertgeerts
Co-founder, quality and interiors
With her background in high-end fashion, Martine safeguards quality and design. She makes sure that finishes, materials and interiors come together perfectly in a style that remains timeless.
