Imagine Marbella is an estate agency on the Costa del Sol. We guide buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords through buying, selling and renting homes.
Prices and costs
The prices on this website are asking prices. Taxes and buyer costs, such as transfer tax or VAT, stamp duty, notary, land registry and lawyer, are not included. You'll find a full overview on Buying costs. As a buyer you pay no agency commission. On request you'll receive the abbreviated information document (Documento Informativo Abreviado) for each property, in accordance with Decreto 218/2005.
